Hudson Fields is an outdoor sports and recreations venue. We can accommodate lacrosse, soccer, flag football and rugby. Hudson Fields can also accommodate concerts, craft and vendor fairs, weddings, family reunions or other social gatherings.
Hudson Fields requires a minimum of $1M liability insurance coverage to be retained per event. Hudson Family, LLC must be added to the policy as an additional insured. A copy of the policy must be provided at least sixty (60) days prior to the event.
Reservation requests must be made in writing with the following information:
- Name of group or organization
- Contact person’s name, address, phone and email address
- Date(s) of event/optional date(s) if applicable
- Type of event
- Anticipated number of participants
Reservations can be accepted at any time. Once a reservation request has been received, reviewed and approved a Special Use Agreement or Seasonal Use Agreement will be completed. Once a Special Use Agreement has been completed all Tenants are responsible for all permits, license and other approvals necessary for the event.
